Nasyam (Nasya therapy) is a traditional Ayurvedic treatment where medicated oil, herbal juice, or powder is administered through the nostrils. It helps cleanse the nasal passages and is considered an effective therapy for diseases of the head, neck, and respiratory system.

A typical Nasyam therapy session lasts around 20 to 30 minutes, including preparation such as facial massage and herbal steam.

The number of sessions depends on the health condition. Usually 5 to 7 sessions are recommended for better results, but chronic conditions may require more treatments.
